How to maintain a nice and healthy hair, (aveholidayhome.com)

Most women care for their hair because it has said to be their crowning glory.  But whatever the reasons are, it is advisable to care for your hair because the quality of our hair is a reflection of your overall health.

  • There is nothing to replace a good and healthy diet if you want your hair to become healthy. A sign of a healthy hair is shiny and no splitting ends. For a healthier hair, always eat well balanced diet preferably, proteins, fruits and vegetables, and calcium lus minimal carbohydrates.
  • In order for your hair to be manageable you should choose a comb with big teeth  on it, specially if you have curly hair, or wavy hair. It is also good for straight long hair. This is to avoid slitting ends and tangles in your hair. Don’t rush when you brush your hair; take your time to avoid entangling it.
  • Choose shampoo which doesn’t have strong ingredients. Don’t shampoo your hair every day, three times a week is advisable. Even so, choose a good conditioner. There are some alternatives for shampoos like the natural organic hair wash. If you choose to use shampoo, don’t buy Shampoos with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or Laureth Sulfate). I prefer to use Pantene shampoo and conditioner for my hair. It makes it smoother and tangle free.
  • Shampoo with minimal amount.
  • Hair should be treated with hot oil once a month. If you can buy coconut, then you can do it on your own, it is natural and soothes your hair and head too. Some hot oil products are available in the market.
  • If your hair is starting to thin, buy shampoo which replaces hair loss. I use aloe vera shampoo. It makes my hair thicker and replenishes lost hair.
  • Try to avoid changing the color of your hair frequently, it damages hair and it makes it dull. Always remember, natural is good.
  • After taking a shower, try to pat your hair gently to dry. If you can and you are not rushing, try to avoid blow dryer. Pores are open and you can have headache too.
  • Sooth and massage scalp so that you can also feel if there are some flakes and dandruff are starting to show also.
  • Try to avoid coffee and smoking because their ingredient makes your hair dull and cause split ends.
  • Try to get the right amount of sleep; it has been found out that lack of sleep is a cause of unhealthy hair.
  • The hair is the extension of your personality; avoid being stressed too much, because it shows in your hair. In short try to have a healthy and positive aura, because it really shows in your hair.

7 Keys to Listening That Will Win You Friends, Improve Your Marriage, Boost Your Profits, And Make People Want To Follow You Anywhere! (aveholidayhome.com)

There are five key elements of active listening. They all help you ensure that you hear the other person, and that the other person knows you are hearing what they say.

1. Pay attention.
Give the speaker your undivided attention, and acknowledge the message. Recognize that non-verbal communication also "speaks" loudly.
  • Look at the speaker directly.
  • Put aside distracting thoughts. Don't mentally prepare a rebuttal!
  • Avoid being distracted by environmental factors.
  • "Listen" to the speaker's body language.
  • Refrain from side conversations when listening in a group setting.

2. Show that you are listening.
Use your own body language and gestures to convey your attention.
  • Nod occasionally.
  • Smileand use other facial expressions.
  • Note your posture and make sure it is open and inviting.
  • Encourage the speaker to continue with small verbal comments like yes, and uh huh.

3. Provide feedback.
Our personal filters, assumptions, judgments, and beliefs can distort what we hear. As a listener, your role is to understand what is being said. This may require you to reflect what is being said and ask questions.
  • Reflect what has been said by paraphrasing. "What I'm hearing is." and "Sounds like you are saying." are great ways to reflect back.
  • Ask questions to clarify certain points. "What do you mean when you say." "Is this what you mean?"
  • Summarize the speaker's comments periodically.

4. Defer judgment.
Interrupting is a waste of time. It frustrates the speaker and limits full understanding of the message.

5. Respond Appropriately.
Active listening is a model for respect and understanding. You are gaining information and perspective. You add nothing by attacking the speaker or otherwise putting him or her down.
  • Be candid, open, and honest in your response.
  • Assert your opinions respectfully.
  • Treat the other person as he or she would want to be treated.

Gulab jamun, It’s making easily & one of the healthy foods. All varieties of sweets quickly ready for you in AVE Hotels. (aveholidayhome.com)

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Carnation Milk Powder
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons butter -melted

Whole milk just enough to make the dough

For the Sugar Syrup
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • Oil for frying

  • Make the dough by combining the milk powder, Bisquick, butter. Add just enough whole milk to make medium-hard dough. Divide the dough into 18-20 portions. Make balls by gently rolling each portion between your palms into a smooth ball. Place the balls on a plate. Cover with a damp yet dry kitchen towel.
  • Heat the oil on high and then lower the heat to medium. Slip in the balls into the hot oil from the side of the pan, one by one. They will sink to the bottom of the pan, but do not try to move them. Instead, gently shake the pan to keep the balls from browning on just one side. After about 5 mins, the balls will rise to the surface. The Gulab Jamuns should rise slowly to the top if the temperature is just right. Now they must be gently and constantly agitated to ensure even browning on all sides.
  • If the temperature of the oil is too high then the gulab jamuns will tend to break. So adjust the temperature to ensure that the gulab jamuns do not break or cook too quickly.
  • The balls must be fried very slowly under medium temperatures. This will ensure complete cooking from inside and even browning.

  • The syrup should be made earlier and kept warm. To make the hot sugar syrup add mix the 2 cups of sugar to 1 cup of water. Add 4-5 cardamom pods, slightly crushed and a few strands of "Kesar". Mix with a spoon and then heat at medium heat for 5-10 minutes until sugar is all dissolved in water. Do not overheat, that will caramelize the sugar.
  • Transfer this hot syrup into a serving dish. Keep warm on stove. Add the fried gulab jamuns directly into the warm syrup. Leave gulab jamun balls in sugar syrup overnight for best results. They can be served warm or at room temperature.

How to Lose 20 lbs. of Fat in 30 Days… Without Doing Any Exercise, Hotel facilities in Kanyakumari. (aveholidayhome.com)

Fat Loss via Better Science and Simplicity

Rule #1: Avoid “white” carbohydrates
Avoid any carbohydrate that is — or can be — white. The following foods are thus prohibited, except for within 1.5 hours of finishing a resistance-training workout of at least 20 minutes in length: bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried food with breading. If you avoid eating anything white, you’ll be safe.

Rule #2: Eat the same few meals over and over again
The most successful dieters, regardless of whether their goal is muscle gain or fat loss, eat the same few meals over and over again. Mix and match, constructingeach meal with one from each of the three following groups:
Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor
Chicken breast or thigh
Grass-fed organic beef
Pork

Lentils
Black beans
Pinto beans

Vegetables:
Spinach
Asparagus
Peas
Mixed vegetables

Some athletes eat 6-8x per day to break up caloric load and avoid fat gain. I think this is ridiculously inconvenient. I eat 4x per day:
10am – breakfast
1pm – lunch
5pm – smaller second lunch
7:30-9pm – sports training
10pm – dinner
12am – glass of wine and Discovery Channel before bed

Rule #3: Don’t drink calories
Drink massive quantities of water and as much unsweetened iced tea, tea, diet sodas, coffee (without white cream), or other no-calorie/low-calorie beverages as you like. Do not drink milk, normal soft drinks, or fruit juice.

Rule #4: Take one day off per week
I recommend Saturdays as your “Dieters Gone Wild” day. I am allowed to eat whatever I want on Saturdays, and I go out of my way to eat ice cream, Snickers, Take 5, and all of my other vices in excess. I make myself a little sick and don’t want to look at any of it for the rest of the week.
